Website Down

If anyone has tried to access the website tonight and can't don't worry.  I can't access it either!  I have emailed my hosting company and they informed me that there was a fire and the fire department has instructed them to take all of the generators down.  It all sounds like a foreign language to me but I trust that they are working on things and will have it back up and running as soon as possible.  If you need anything please let me know!

Hopefully everything will be back to normal soon!

David and Halah

We only had a short window of time to get David and Halah's engagement pictures done.  Halah graduated from Murray State in the morning and they had a graduation celebration that evening.  Just before we were scheduled to meet it got cloudy freeing us up to not have to worry about glaring sun.  We also finished in the nick of time as it started raining during the last few minutes of our time together.

They were a lot of fun to spend a few hours with and we are really looking forward to their wedding in July.  David was a great sport and Halah was glowing.  I hope all your plans continue to go smoothly and that God blesses you both as your prepare for marriage.

Here are a few of my favorites that I have come across so far!

Ellie

Ellie is one of the most expressive one year olds I know. Chris, Amanda, and Ellie are in our small group and and we love them. Last Saturday we were privileged to photograph Ellie for her one year portraits. She is such a precious child and pretty easy going. She isn't quite walking yet but definitely pulling up and thinking about it. She loved getting to explore the grass, flowers, leaves, and pretty much anything that was around her!

As you can see, at one point she decided she was going to pout a little bit. She stuck out that bottom lip and started sputtering.....it was the cutest thing! Amanda wanted to take a quick pic to capture that look. She will be so glad she did one day when she looks back and remember these days.

I told you she had the best expressions! This one totally cracks me up!

She was so tired that as soon as she sat in the car seat she fell asleep. We were talking for a few minutes and realized she was out! She was such a good sport though!

Amanda, I hope you enjoy these few images and thank you again for letting us be apart of such a special day!

Kennette and Chris

Kennette and Chris were so much fun to hang out with for a few hours on Saturday.  Even though it was sooo windy, I could have spent all day shooting them.  I found out that Kennette shares my love of photography and Chris said they have taken a lot of pictures since they have been together.  This just made them more fun to be with capturing such a special time in their lives.  They are expecting their first baby in early July!  We tried some new spots and really could have stayed out much longer than we did.  Chris was great about it too!

Thanks to both of you for letting us be a part of this time in your lives.  We can't wait to hear that Trent is here!  Hope you enjoy!
